• Monitoring and inspection of meeting tenants duties given by contracts - respecting the facility rules
• Maintenance and technical management of the highest quality with regard to presumtive operating expenses
• Operating and maintenance of the facility technologies (central control of water, gas and electricity distribution systems, sewerage, refrigeration and heating appliances, air-conditioning, electricity switchboard, ... )
• Maintenance and cleaning of communal areas of the facility, inside and outside areas
• Coordination and providing of a specialized company for the building security and protection
• Coordination and providing of a specialized company for central waste disposal
• Coordination and providing of a company for the green areas maintenance on the lessor´s grounds
• Coordination and providing of a company for servicing and maintenance of escalators, lifts and moving walkways
• Coordination and providing of a company for servicing and maintenance of the fire alarms and water extinguishers, electronic security of a building
• Supervision of the contracts observing in terms of technical equipment of the building, supervision of the guarantee and servicing periods
• Detecting failing or damage and providing repair, inspection of repair works and following terms of complaints
• Inspections and monitoring of energy supply consumption: electricity, water, gas, heating, ...
• Reporting events insured to the contractual insurance company and sorting out compensation
• All services are carried out by professional and authorized companies or trained staff
